I’m Steph Murray, the founder of Kit and Cask. My journey has taken me from boutique hotel management to developing whisky experiences, from leading teams to curating events that bring people together. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with inspiring colleagues, ambitious business owners, and communities who care deeply about service and storytelling.

Now, through Kit and Cask, I bring that experience together to support hospitality businesses that want to grow, adapt, and shine.
